We do not provide a price list due to the different circumstances and requirements of our clients. We therefore provide individual, detailed, written quotations, following initial discussions.

Tracing – the majority of tracing work is carried out on a fixed fee, no win no fee basis. Prior to work commencing clients must approve the quotation provided.

Surveillance – surveillance is priced on an individual basis due to its ideographic nature, and varying factors. Prices are based on location, number of operatives required and type of surveillance e.g. matrimonial, fraud and theft. Upon initial enquiry clients will be provided with a detailed quotation by email/post, which will specify the hourly rates, mileage and any other items that may be incurred during the operation. Clients will also be required to give information necessary for surveillance to commence.

Once the quotation has been accepted in writing, we will liaise to arrange a suitable slot for the operation. An estimate of the total cost of the job will be supplied, including full details of the subject, location and all other relevant information. Payment of the estimated costs must be received prior to booking the chosen slots. Subsequently, once the job is completed, depending on whether clients have extended surveillance, or the estimated cost has exceeded the total cost, there may be further payment or a refund due. Surveillance reports and footage will not be released until all payments are made in full.
